Submitting a booking request through Ice House Properties does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after we review your request and you receive a written confirmation from us.

Quoted prices include the nightly rate, cleaning fee, applicable taxes, and any listed additional fees. The total shown on your confirmed booking is the total you pay.

House rules listed on each property page — including maximum occupancy, pet policy, and quiet hours — are part of these terms for any confirmed stay.
