The space

Welcome to the perfect beachfront/oceanfront home! Immaculately clean, stunning and luxurious four bedroom house on the beach with oceanfront hot tub! As of September 2019, this home has gotten a complete kitchen remodel including granite countertops and all new bathroom vanities with granite, new lighting, new linens and new decor. We're also one of the few properties that offers over the top amenities like a beach front Nordic hot tub, and we're pet friendly as well!

We strive to think of every single detail that might make your stay better, and that starts with FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING. Even through the high season. You choose when you want to arrive, and you choose when you'd like to leave. Year-round, you can choose the length of your stay based on YOUR needs, not ours. If your preferred week is booked, call me! I'm sure we can find you a workable date at our sister property, right next door. Same beautiful property and luxurious furnishings!

About our location: while being just a few short steps to the beach, we are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, pier, yoga, ice cream, smoothies, surf shops and so much more. Leave your car at home and walk down the beach to some great restaurants, and ask me about the eateries you can bring your dog! Escape the worries of your every day life and take a deep dive into the wonders of island time.

We own both sides of this extraordinary property, which is wonderful for large groups. There are hotel-style secure doors on each side in the living room, which when opened up allows for great access between both properties if you rent both sides. If only one side is rented you can feel completely secure in the knowledge that these are secure exterior doors which can't be opened unless both sides are unlocked.

We have thought of every detail to make your stay carefree, from the moment you first arrive. We have covered parking for one vehicle, additional parking in the driveway, and we are right next to public parking, which is wonderful for larger groups.

Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, including towels, LINENS, a fully stocked kitchen, exquisite décor, and the perfect location. So obviously no extra fees for sheets and towels.

Step out on any of our three decks and enjoy views of the ocean, or stroll out onto the beach from your private beach access! Enjoy coffee on the deck and take in the sunrise while watching the dolphins play in the surf.

Our decks have been very recently replaced, giving you the security and comfort you need. The top and middle decks are enclosed and private - no one from the beach can wander up to these levels. The lowest level has private direct beach access. This is the seamless balance of convenience and security, and our guests love it! Our brand new Nordic hot tub is on the lower level, right next to our enclosed outdoor shower.

Four bedrooms, two of which are ocean front, give you plenty of space to rest and relax. The master suite is on the main living area on the top floor, and offers a king bed with fewer trips up and down the stairs. The bottom floor has three bedrooms, two of which are ocean front, one queen and one king master suite. The kids room, which boasts two sets of bunk beds, is thoroughly enjoyed by the young, and the young at heart.

Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play conveniently stored in the master bedroom closet, and a high chair tucked away in the upstairs king bedroom closet for your convenience. The living area provides stunning front row views of nature at its finest! Plenty of seating for lounging, eating or enjoying the view from the deck.

If you need a break from mother nature, we have a fully stocked activity closet with games, books and puzzles. Or you can take a quick walk into town and enjoy the finest dining, shopping and nightlife on the island!

We are pleased to encourage a "pay-it-forward" kitchen policy. We encourage our guests to leave behind fresh food items, both in the refrigerator and the pantry. We find they enjoy a lot of "bonus" food items when everyone participates. Our guests love it and it works very well. And you will love our kitchen! Luxuriously appointed with everything you need, including all appliances large and small, a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig, plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils to entertain your loved ones. Also included is a world-class view - enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach while you're fixing!

We believe you should be able to enjoy your stay from the second you walk in the door, so we provide what you need to get started on a relaxing note. Our home is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, as well as two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to get you started. Dishwashing detergent, trash bags, and even laundry detergent for our washer and dryer, in case you need to run a quick load of laundry are also available for your convenience.

We have cable TV in the main living area and all four bedrooms, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the home. Combined with flat screen televisions in the living are and all four bedrooms, there's never a reason to miss your favorite show if you can tear yourself away from the beauty of the beach!

We all love our dogs, and we are pet friendly. We are happy to welcome your dog! Just ask, and be prepared to tell us about your furry family member. For the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, we do not allow dogs on beds or sofas at any time. Pet hair is difficult to remove from linens and upholstery, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy their stay.

A charcoal grill is provided, and every deck (all three!) is fully furnished. And speaking of decks, our guests are welcome to use our brand new Nordic hot tub for your private use.

We also provide boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella for your use on the beach, as well as an outdoor shower for your comfort.

The best thing about our home is that the most important thing to us is your experience. We will do everything we can to ensure you have the best vacation possible! During your stay, if you have any questions at all, you can call our amazing onsite manager for help. We cannot wait to see you!

Other things to note Other charges: --We allow up to well-trained dogs during your stay for an additional fee of $50 per pet. We do not allow the animals on the beds at any time, for the cleanliness and comfort of our future guests.

Our guests have use of the entire home, and are encouraged to use and enjoy everything in the home.

Other things to note

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND travel insurance purchased privately that provides "trip interruption" protections, as well as coverage for natural disaster evacuations. Refunds for hurricanes will not be provided by the owner. Note: We have beds to sleep 10, plus two luxury cots (they're actually extremely comfortable!) that you can place anywhere you like to allow for 12 guests to sleep comfortably. Pets: We are very pet friendly! We charge $50 per pet per stay. Also, we do not allow dogs to be on the beds at any time, so as to keep the comforters and pillows in pristine condition.
